These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the pak11 platform, including all products, services, promotions, and payment processing made available at pak11.bet. By registering an account or using any part of the pak11 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

Accounts found to belong to individuals below the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds held in the Account at the time of closure will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Each individual may hold only one active pak11 Account. Maintaining or attempting to maintain multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. The Operator will close all duplicate Accounts detected and may withhold funds pending investigation.
Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law are not permitted to register or use the Platform. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. pak11 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.
Employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of pak11 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in any promotion on the Platform.
You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure, withholding of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
pak11 may require Players to complete identity verification at any stage, including before processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and source of funds documentation may also be requested in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. pak11 will never contact you to request your password under any circumstances. Any activity occurring on your Account prior to notification of a security breach is your responsibility. You must notify pak11 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. An administrative fee may be applied to dormant Accounts in accordance with the Operator's then-current dormancy policy. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.
pak11 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR deposits are credited to your wallet balance at the prevailing exchange rate applicable at the time of transaction, where relevant. pak11 does not charge its own deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply independent charges.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set per payment method and displayed at the point of deposit within your Account. These limits may be adjusted from time to time and may also vary based on your Account verification status and VIP tier.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Where technically possible, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit. Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval; bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within 1–3 business days. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to blockchain network confirmation times.
The Operator reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed if there are outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds in the Account. A minimum withdrawal amount applies per payment method and is displayed within the withdrawal section of your Account.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on the pak11 Platform are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino products may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.
pak11 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; matched betting designed to eliminate risk on bonus wagers; placing bets across all outcomes of a single event using Bonus Funds; and using third-party software to exploit promotional conditions. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its Bonus Funds cancelled. The Operator may also withhold Real Money Funds pending investigation where fraud is suspected.
Bonus Funds and any associated free bets expire as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account automatically and cannot be reinstated. Wagering requirements must be completed before the expiry date to retain bonus-derived winnings.

Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party providers under their own regulatory frameworks. The outcomes of all games are determined by the RNG or live game mechanics and are not subject to manipulation by pak11 or its staff.
Sports betting markets, including cricket and PSL markets, are offered subject to the specific sports betting rules published in the sports section of the Platform. Bets accepted in error, including bets at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical fault, may be voided at the Operator's discretion. Maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of placing a wager.
In the event of a system error, game malfunction, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, pak11 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the staked amount to the Player's Account. The Operator's decision in such cases is final. No compensation beyond the original stake will be provided in respect of a malfunctioned game round.
pak11 is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet disconnection or device failure during a game session. It is the Player's responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection when using the Platform. Where a game round is interrupted by disconnection, the round will be completed server-side and the result applied to your Account upon reconnection.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak11 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in Account suspension, permanent closure, withholding of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pak11 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Where statutory consumer protection laws in a given jurisdiction do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, those statutory provisions shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
pak11 reserves the right to suspend access to an Account at any time, without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, ongoing fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by its licensing authority or applicable law. During a suspension, the Player may not place bets, make deposits, or initiate withdrawals.
Following investigation, pak11 may permanently close an Account where a material breach of these Terms has been confirmed. In cases of confirmed fraud, identity misrepresentation, money laundering, or prohibited conduct, the Operator may withhold some or all funds held in the Account in accordance with its regulatory obligations.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any outstanding Real Money Funds balance (above the minimum withdrawal threshold and subject to completed KYC) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak11 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be submitted to pak11's internal disputes resolution process by contacting [email protected].
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) days of submission, the matter may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by pak11's licensing authority. The decision of that body shall be binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
pak11 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version of the Terms on the Platform and, where the change significantly affects Player rights, by sending a notification to the email address registered to your Account.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.
